Primarily based on Frederic Goudy’s Kennerley Oldstyle. Several words on why I consider Kennerley Oldstyle is beautiful: In making this font, I found that Kennerley fits collectively tightly and evenly with almost no kerning. Hence the following words from Monotype specimen books are just: “[W]hen composed into words the characters appear to lock into one one more using a closeness typical in early forms, but not so normally noticed in later-day creations.” They are letters that take command in the space about them; notice, for instance, the bowed shapes of the v and w.
